Amazing location next to nature. Pool was clean and great. Kitchen had everything that was necessary and an amazing coffee machine. Loved the library, board games and especially the petanque strip! Couldn't have had a better experience.

For my courses and workshops I am always looking for homely and informal locations, appropriate to my company. Since this spring I find everything I need (and more!) at 't Averhuys in Itegem.
Given the severe corona measures, it is no longer so obvious to organise my courses. However, everything is always provided and finished to the smallest detail.
The stylish spaces and the beautiful garden with beautiful views make you feel right at home. A must for those who are looking for that little bit more during a meeting or training.

A delightful villa, tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities. The garden is beautiful! We had fantastic weather which allowed us to use the pool, the hottub (with a view over open field), the petanque strip and the Ofyr.
Contact with the host was very pleasant and fast and we received all sorts of tips for activities in the area. All in all a great experience!

Two weeks ago we thought about 't Averhuys for a photoshoot for our shop.
We have not complained about that for a moment! The location is top notch! A beautiful and cosy house where everything is fine. There is also a beautiful garden with a beautiful view and on top of that there is a covered terrace with atmospheric fire tables....
We already have booked a new date for new photos next week! We're fan!

Really enjoyed our stay with 2 families with kids. The Kempen region is extremely beautiful and 't Averhuys is very nicely situated right next to walking forest De Averegten where children, both young and old, can have fun. Also very nice that it's possible to rent bikes from 't Averhuys because there are beautiful routes along the Valley of the Grote Nete.
The house itself is fantastically decorated, top beds by the way. Table tennis (on request) was also great to do. The kids have been in the pool and hot tub every day. That was superb.
Everything was perfect and I recommend it to everyone!
